Description:

The KC Whistler Stage 3 is a direct drop-in turbo for the 2015-2019 Ford F250 and F350 6.7 Powerstroke trucks. It features our ported KC compressor cover, upgraded billet 68mm compressor wheel, and the largest 10 blade high flow turbine wheel, giving it that unique 2003 turbo whistle.

This turbo offers the most amount of flow in the Whistler lineup making it ideal for hot street driving and high rpm racing. This turbo is not recommended for towing. If you are looking for a turbo that can be used for occasional towing, but still are looking a large boost in performance, check out the KC Whistler Stage 2.

Stage 3 turbos will need a healthy CP4 or upgraded fueling system to reach its full potential.

The 2015 and 2016 year trucks will need to have the pedestal conversion kit to install this turbo. (Select model year to see options)

    EXHAUST BRAKES:  We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicles calibration allows and is setup for it. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues.  These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking.  This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

    Stage 1 on my 2014 f350

    Love the turbo spools good and and very smooth. And was a really good upgrade over the stock turbo. Plus it sounds amazing will definitely be buying turbos from them for future trucks!

    STAGE 3 REALLY WOKE UP MY 2018 f-350

    Well I blew an oil seal on my old stock turbo so I started looking at a replacement and instead of spending up to 2k for a stock replacement I decided to spend more to get more. And more I definitely got, with the tune I'm running my custom exhaust and now this stage 3 from KC turbos I'm getting more power, more boost at lower RPM, better fuel mileage (when I keep my foot out of it) I couldn't be happier. Thanks KC Turbo's

    Best turbo out

    Just put the stage 3 with the cp4.2 injection pump with a 165 GPH fass, and pusher intake pipes. And a high performance throttle body on my trans. When this turbo lights it takes off amd sounds amazing 10/10 would recommend

    Best turbo around

    This thing is a beast! Comparing this turbo to the stock 2015 turbo is like comparing made in China to made in the USA! Would buy this turbo 100 times over givin the chance. Absolutely amazing!
