Your Shipping is Protected!
- Coverage in case your package is damaged in transit, stolen or doesn't arrive*.
- Simply just email shipping@kcturbos.com with your order number and pictures if needed. Our case reps will respond within 24 business hours on how to help settle your claim.
*Please note, if your package doesn't arrive/is lost, we must wait 3-5 business days with no movement after the promise delivery date to file a claim. However, please don't hesitate to reach out!
