SHIPPING POLICY:

Many of our products are made to order, so we do our best to ship within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment for your purchase.  We will notify you if there is going to be some sort of delay. If the purchase was made after 12, noon Arizona time, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. It will most likely ship the following business day.


RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you have any sort of issue with your purchase then please contact us, so we can make it right.  Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you have any questions. If you decide to return an unused product, we will be happy to oblige. However, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee if the product is returned unopened in brand new condition.  If the item is opened, damaged, dirty, broken, or not in the original packaging then a larger restocking fee may incur.Please visit our return policy for details.


WARRANTY POLICY:

All KC Turbo brand products have a 1 year, unlimited mile warranty. The warranty covers any damages done during shipping, prior to installation, and if all installation steps were followed. If damage is done due to improper care of the purchaser's vehicle, warranty is void.  Warrantys are non-transferable and are only offered to the original purchaser. Please see our Warranty section for more information.


PRICING ERROR:

Sometimes errors and or glitches can occur on our online store that can result in an incorrect price change/listing. Although our pricing online should be 99% accurate, sometimes a product may be listed below what it should be. KC turbos is not obligated to honor the price of an item listed, especially if it is an obvious oversight. Mistakes happen, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
