Upon purchasing of any product from KC Turbos, you agree to our terms and conditions:
- There is a $10 shipping charge on any total purchase under $100.
- Free ground shipping on most items.
- We cannot guarantee same day shipping on non-KC Turbo products. Please see product descriptions for possible shipping delay.
- We cannot guarantee that a product will be delivered on time via the upgraded shipping option you selected. We will ship the product via your shipping option that was purchased if it is available. Once the product leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping company. We cannot control weather conditions, shipping company errors, etc. If there is a delay on your package, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you. If the shipping company approves a full or partial refund due to an error on their part, we will pass along the information as deemed appropriate. Currently, UPS does not have guaranteed delivery due to the Covid pandemic. If you select upgraded shipping and it does not arrive in the time frame you selected, UPS will not refund the shipping expense.
- We do our best to ship most items the same day purchased before 12, noon, Arizona time. We can not guarantee any items to be shipped if purchased after 12, noon. If you purchase upgraded shipping and your item was purchased after 12, noon, it will go out the following business day via your shipping option.
- Please also note, the shipping options selected are business day shipping options (Monday-Friday). If you would like Saturday delivery, you will need to select the Saturday delivery option. If the option is not available, please call or email us at email@example.com during business hours. If you purchase your item Thursday after 12, noon, Arizona time, via next day air, your item will ship Friday via next day air and will arrive Monday since that is the next business day available. If you need it to be delivered Saturday, select that shipping option and/or call/email us to confirm the shipping option will be available in your area.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any sort of issue with your purchase then please contact us so we can make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you have any questions. If you decide to return an unused product, we will be happy to oblige. However, there is a 10% restocking fee. If you change your mind on the product and decide to purchase something of greater value, we will waive the restocking fee.
- In order to return a product, YOU MUST RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER. This number helps us to know what to do with the product when it is returned. It allows us to get your needs taken care of quicker and more efficiently.
- If you purchased a KC Turbo product through another dealer and not directly from KC Turbos, you must contact the distributor for the RMA number and return instructions.
- Once the product received an RMA number, was then received by KC Turbos, we will complete a quality inspection to make sure the product is in new condition. Once the quality inspection has been approved, a refund will be issued to the form of payment used at the time of purchase according to the return policies herein.
