Customer Satisfaction Policy
KC Turbos is committed to providing excellent customer service and support. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help resolve it. This may include technical assistance, store credit, product replacement, or a refund—depending on the specific circumstances and at our sole discretion. Note: Please note that not all situations qualify for a full refund. Products that are used, installed, modified, or returned damaged may be subject to denial or a reduced refund. While we strive to make things right, we do not offer a guaranteed remedy in all cases.
Returns & Restocking Fees
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the item back. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund (minus restocking fees). A minimum 10% restocking fee applies to all unopened, brand-new items. If a product is opened, used, damaged, dirty, or missing original packaging, a higher restocking fee will apply, up to the full value of the item.
Customer Satisfaction Policy Does NOT Apply To:
Items that have been installed, modified, or misused
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Normal wear and tear
Issues resulting from improper installation or third-party components
Manufacturer Defects & Third-Party Products
KC Turbos is not the manufacturer of all products sold. If a product is manufactured by another company, and was not purchased directly from KC Turbos, warranty claims and returns must be handled through the original seller or manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
There is a 5% cancellation fee on all canceled orders, including those canceled prior to shipping.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Turbos’ liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
By purchasing from KC Turbos, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, and not through a court of law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action suit.
