OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE “LEGENDARY 7.3 GIVEAWAY”

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, X CORP. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS TWITTER), META PLATFORMS, INC., INSTAGRAM, INC., TIKTOK, INC., OR GOOGLE LLC (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

The “Legendary 7.3 Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (plus the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States, Canada, and relevant states/provinces. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a resident of an eligible jurisdiction, or if you are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by KC Turbos (the “Sponsor”), located at 1255 S Pasadena Ave., Mesa, AZ 85210.


1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).

Not eligible: The Sponsor, any sweepstakes administrator(s), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising or promotional agencies, officers, directors, employees, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.


2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.


3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 2, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received according to the dates and times specified herein.


4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

A. Purchase Method (Online)

During the Sweepstakes Period, each $1.00 spent on kcturbos.com (“Sponsor’s Website”) will earn you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The number of entries is calculated on the pre-tax amount of your order, excluding shipping/handling and any discounts.

  • Limit: Sponsor may, at its discretion, impose daily or per-transaction limits on the number of purchase transactions or entries.
  • Bonus Entry Periods: From time to time, Sponsor may announce “Multiplier” promotions on its website or social media pages, which increase the number of entries per $1.00 spent (e.g., “Double Entries Day”). The specific multiplier and dates will be disclosed by the Sponsor. Purchases made during these promotional periods will receive the designated multiplier of entries.

Fraud Notice: It is strictly prohibited to purchase items for the sole purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return them after the Sweepstakes. If the Sponsor identifies or suspects fraudulent activity, those Entrants will be disqualified and banned from future giveaways offered by the Sponsor.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card or paper, and mail in a #10 business-sized envelope to:

  • Each valid mail-in entry will be worth fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes.
  • If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a “Bonus Entry Period,” it will receive the corresponding multiplier. For example, a 5X bonus would yield 250 entries per mail-in.
  • All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 2, 2025, and received by June 7, 2025 to be eligible.
  • Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per envelope; Sponsor may allow up to two (2) mail-in entries per person per day. Bulk shipments of mail-in entries will not be accepted. No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed.

General Entry Terms:

  • Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  • The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, or illegible entries.
  • By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ collection and use of your personal information for administering this Sweepstakes, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see kcturbos.com/pages/privacy-policy for more details).


5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

If the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this Sweepstakes is impaired or cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor may award the prize using all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date/time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension or in any other fair and equitable manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike/disruptive manner.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal/civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and any other remedies from such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.


6. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless KC Turbos (Sponsor), any sweepstakes administrators, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising/promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to:

  • (i) Technical errors (e.g., viruses, bugs, interruptions);
  • (ii) Unauthorized human intervention;
  • (iii) Typographical or other errors in administration of the Sweepstakes;
  • (iv) Personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees or other damages.


7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION FOR CANADIAN WINNERS

In accordance with Canadian law, any potential winner who is a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.


8. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its appointed sweepstakes administrator on or about June 10, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, and/or mail, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

  • Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • If the potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.


9. GRAND PRIZE

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner (“Winner”). Upon confirmation of eligibility, the Winner will receive:

  • One (1) used 2001 Ford F-250 Diesel (approx. 232,000 miles) with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $15,000 (the “Vehicle”), and
  • One (1) check in the amount of $5,000.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $20,000.

Prize Details & Conditions

  • As-Is: Vehicle is awarded “AS IS,” with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, except as otherwise provided by the manufacturer (if applicable).
  • Delivery: The Winner must take possession of the Vehicle at KC Turbos in Mesa, Arizona, or arrange transport at the Winner’s expense.
  • Taxes & Fees: The Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, registration, licensing, insurance, shipping, and any other costs associated with accepting and using the Vehicle and check.
  • Paperwork: The Sponsor may require the Winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (for U.S. winners) or a Declaration of Compliance (for Canadian winners), and possibly an IRS Form W-9 (or W8-BEN for Canadian residents).

If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. No prize transfer or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.


10. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner releases the Released Parties from any and all liability associated with the prize. The potential Winner may be required to sign additional documentation (e.g., a prize-acceptance form, skill-testing question for Canadian residents) prior to receiving the prize. Failure to meet any requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.


11. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

By participating, Entrants agree that:

  1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;
  2. Any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction within Maricopa County, Arizona;
  3. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but shall not include attorney fees;
  4. Under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses).


12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


13. WINNER LIST REQUEST

The name of the confirmed winner will be available on or about June 15, 2025 at kcturbos.com or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) for receipt within sixty (60) days of Sweepstakes end date to:

14. MISCELLANEOUS

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any prize manufacturers or social media platforms. All trademarks used herein are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to or use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
