Send in Cores After 

Within 24 business hours after your order has been processed, our core department will email you detailed return instructions. Please note that we cannot provide core instructions prior to an order being placed and processed.


If KC Turbos or a third-party manufacturer includes a core return form or paperwork with the order, that paperwork must be returned along with the core. Failure to include the required paperwork may delay processing of the core return and refund.


If a third-party manufacturer core is returned directly to KC Turbos instead of the designated manufacturer or return location, an additional fee will be deducted from the core refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.


We enforce a strict 30-day core return window, which begins on the date you receive your order. Please also understand that we cannot control other manufacturers’ core policies, and we are required to follow the terms they determine. However, if you are going to be passed the 30-day return window let us know a rough ETA via email so we can check with the third-party manufacturer.

Send Cores First 

When you choose to send in your core first your order will not be processed or shipped until we / third-party have received and inspected your core.

After receiving the core, the inspection can take up to five business days. Only after approval of the core’s condition will your order or new parts be shipped. We cannot determine or influence the manufacturer’s decision on whether the core is acceptable.

If your provided core is found to be non-rebuildable or unacceptable, additional charges may apply. Please be aware that if you ship a core to the incorrect destination your order will be subject to an additional re-ship fee.
