Description:
This is the biggest and baddest drop in Low Pressure 6.4 turbo on the market. We spent years testing, modifying and trying all the different options currently out there and then we blew them out of the water. This is the ONLY turbo on the market with a 4" larger inlet with ported anti-surge cover, larger 360 thrust bearing, and larger s400 turbine wheel. This allows for more power, quicker spool, and less EBP than anything else on the market. Our drop in low pressure turbo all by itself has outperformed every other set we have tested.
How much power you make will greatly depend on your injector size and if you can hold rail pressure. Stock pumps don't always hold rail pressure at higher, so if you are dropping rail we recommend upgrade your HPFP or going with twin pumps.

Stock fuel stock high pressure. Wakes the truck up. I've got a ext cab long bed 6.4. Performance tune thru sct lets me average 27mpg at 60 if I get in the lower 50s it will get around 33
Definitely a must on the 6.4 good turbo even for stock injectors but can't wait to see what it'll do on 60% over injectors thanks kc turbos for such a great build
Absolutely love the stage 2 low pressure turbo for the 6.4, every truck of mine will get it and I recommend it to everyone I talk to and on forums. I made 735hp 1406tq on the dyno with a stock high pressure turbo and stock fuel! Highest I've seen for egts are 1362. If KC would like to send a high pressure my way or a nice discount I'd love to try out and get some updated numbers
