Description:
The KC Jetfire Stage 1 61mm turbo works great on stock injectors, it is specifically designed for guys looking to push stock injectors to the max without the extra lag of bigger turbos. This turbo is meant for the guys who tow heavy, want quick spool, more power, but don't want the extra lag associated with other larger stage 1.5/pmax/S2 turbos.
**We recommend 50 state legal SCT tuning to go with your turbo**

NOTE: These turbos are based off of the 2004-2007 turbo mounting style, to run this on a 2003 pedestal we will have to cut off the 3rd mounting bracket on the back of the turbo.
EXHAUST BRAKES: We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicles calibration allows and is setup for it. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

I just finished installing the Kc jetfire stage 1 with the 11 blade paired with 155/30 injectors and new custom tunes. What a difference it has made my truck is actually fun to drive now. I read all about the 11 blade and how much faster it spools. Thought it would be more quite just off the videos I watched but it's just the amount of whistle with a 4" turbo back straight pipe. Been driving the truck for 2 days and so far everything is good and couldn't be happier with the results.
Beautiful. Put about 10-15 miles on the KC jet fire s1 61/64 9 blade. Sounds beautiful, spool up is just a tiny bit behind the 10 blade but it's worth it to hear that 9 blade scream. passed my friend on the highway, "bro it sounded like a fighter jet was passing me in the left lane" was his exact words, 5in turbo back mbrp exhaust set up straight pipe and this thing is amazing. running blessed performance tunes with it as well. 10/10 best drop in turbo offered.
Big change over stock turbo! Spools up super quick. Very quiet. Have not used it towing yet but I am pleased with the performance so far. Worth every penny.
Great turbo
Wake up your 6.0. I installed my stage 1 kc jet fire turbo into my 2005 f250 and let me tell you that it is a different truck. Throttle response while driving is much better and makes my truck feel lighter on its feet. The whistle is an added bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
