This complete turbo and install kit will give you the ability to upgrade your 2011-2014 6.7 Powerstroke to the 2017+ style turbo. The 2017+ style journal bearing turbo is known for its robust reliability and noted for overcoming most of the shortcomings of the stock 2011-2014 ball bearing turbo. Until now, the only way to update your 6.7 Powerstroke to the newer style turbo, was an overly complicated "retrofit kit" from Ford Racing. We have designed the KC Warlock turbo to retrofit onto your engine in a fraction of the time and with much less modification than the Ford Racing Retrofit kit.

Three turbo options are available in this kit. Stages 1 & 2 KC Whistler turbo for moderate towing and street performance, Garrett F250/350 turbo for those who prefer to keep things stock.  

 EXHAUST BRAKES:  We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicles calibration allows and is setup for it. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues.  These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking.  This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

    2011 Powerstroke Warlock Retrofit Kit

    Recently got this installed on my 2011 Powerstroke and I am very pleased with the outcome. Turbo spools great and the truck hauls way better than before. Super happy with it! Thanks a bunch. I’ve also had great luck with the KC Turbo on my 6.0

    Great retro kit

    I had the turbo fail on my 2011 decided to upgrade with the warlock retro kit. It was an easy install and everything was included! Great customer service! Only thing I would like to see included was the instructions on install thanks kc turbos

    quick response without the lag,

    Installed a KC turbo on my 2014 F250 after the OEM turbo failed. Very impressed with the power available to climb the Appalachia Mountains pulling 12,000 lbs. quick response without the lag, and it sounds cool!
