Description:
This complete turbo and install kit will give you the ability to upgrade your 2011-2014 6.7 Powerstroke to the 2017+ style turbo. The 2017+ style journal bearing turbo is known for its robust reliability and noted for overcoming most of the shortcomings of the stock 2011-2014 ball bearing turbo. Until now, the only way to update your 6.7 Powerstroke to the newer style turbo, was an overly complicated "retrofit kit" from Ford Racing. We have designed the KC Warlock turbo to retrofit onto your engine in a fraction of the time and with much less modification than the Ford Racing Retrofit kit.
Three turbo options are available in this kit. Stages 1 & 2 KC Whistler turbo for moderate towing and street performance, Garrett F250/350 turbo for those who prefer to keep things stock.
EXHAUST BRAKES: We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicles calibration allows and is setup for it. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

Awesome Kit Awesome Service
Wish it came with everything you needed. But the missing parts are only about $125 at the local dealership. Intake gaskets and v band clamps were all that I needed to complete the install
I received the order and when my mechanic went to complete the install we found we were missing the gasket, and all of the Hardware. I spent 4 hours running down parts in order to get the truck back together and on the road. As a small business we went with a kit that was supposed to be everything needed for the retrofit. Very disappointed.
This kit was the perfect upgrade over stock my 14 f350 has never moved like it does now. I currently have 11k on this setup after about 2 months of use and i couldnt be happier with the product, install, and on point customer service and technical help. You’re making a mistake buying from anybody else because kc has reinvented boost. Paired mine with the pusher piping kit and AMDP tune would also highly suggest both of those if you’re going this route on your truck after a turbo failure, especially on the 11 to 14 model.
