Description:
Looking for a 6.7 Powerstroke drop-in turbo that improves performance without killing drivability?
The All-New KC Jetfire for your 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke is a high-performance drop-in turbo engineered for truck owners who want more airflow, better efficiency, and improved response from their truck. Designed as a direct replacement for any 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke applications, this upgraded turbo increases your truck’s performance ceiling without sacrificing drivability making it the perfect choice for a great towing / daily driver turbo combination.
This high performance drop-in turbocharger features our custom ported KC compressor cover, Jetfire technology turbine wheel, high flow vane cage, and upgraded KC compressor wheel.
If you’re searching for a 2011-2019 6.7 upgraded turbo that works for daily driving, towing, and performance use, the KC Jetfire delivers balanced gains across the powerband.
What Size Turbo Do I Need for My 6.7L Powerstroke?
- The KC Jetfire is ideal for 2011-2019 trucks who have a stock HPFP or upgraded to a DCR or CPX and are looking for the most power out of their truck while still maintaining a 2015+ OEM style of drivability when towing. This turbo is designed to maximize the stock fuel injectors and a CPX to max out around 650-700HP with enough supporting mods.
Why Upgrade Your 6.7L Powerstroke Turbo?
The factory turbo performs well, but airflow and power limitations become noticeable under load and in performance applications. The KC Jetfire expands airflow capacity while improving boost control, reducing back pressure, lowering EGTs, and delivering quicker spool-up. The result is a more efficient, more responsive turbocharger that provides increased usable power while maintaining the drivability needed for daily driving and heavy towing.
This turbocharger is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke applications. Performance characteristics and output will vary depending on overall vehicle configuration and calibration strategy. For best results, vehicles equipped with performance-oriented calibrations may realize the additional benefits from the turbocharger’s increased airflow capability.
*You will be responsible for any updated calibrations / tuning that may be needed for your specific application.

Been a fan of this place for a few years now seeing them on ALL of the forums for having the best performing/sounding turbos ! Finally had my chance to meet the amazing staff and the man himself, Founder/Owner/Operator, Charley!! What an experience, I got to tour the compound and see where and how it’s all manufactured, it was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Then there’s the turbos!! Welp……I purchased a stage 1 whistler and installed it next day and my ONLY damn complaint is “I wish I wouldve done it SOONER!” 🤦🏻♂️ 🤦🏻♂️ so the very next day after I got to rip and run the streets for an evening I found myself at the KC compound for not 1 but 2 more turbos !!! I purchased a stage 1 for my wife’s 2015 steel body and I purchased a stage 2 for my 2018 kelderman f250 !! That’s it !! IM HOOKED!! No need to EVER LOOK AT ANOTHER TURBO BRAND AGAIN!!! CHARLEY AND THE TEAM HAVE MY LIFETIME LOYALTY NOW!! Stay tuned for the stage 1 vs stage 2 review and honest woman newbie review aswell! 👏👏👏 #KCTurbos #MaxxedDiesel
Awesome Turbo Customer Loves It
As luck would have it, my 2017 F250 CP4 failed @117,XXX miles. Thankfully my S&S disaster prevention kit caught the broken bits. Two weeks ago, KC Turbos publicly released the new Jetfire turbo for the 2011-2019 Powerstrokes. Having nothing but reviews and research to go on, I pulled the trigger and went full send with a Jetfire turbo upgrade (non-whistling, because tinnitus) while my mechanic (All Motive Solutions) was doing the S&S DCR conversion.
I AM GLAD I DID!!! From stock turbo to the Jetfire, is night/day difference. The truck pulls through mids and gets me to the legal speed limit like nobody's business! Very minimal lag off the line, like I have to be looking for it to notice. Looking forward to seeing how it tows the family travel/race trailer. Wanted to mention that I am also thankful for the tuning collaboration of KC Turbos/AMDP Tuning (this is the way); they made the upgrade tuning a seamless experience. I can run as clean or as dirty as I want.
Ive put a couple hundred miles on it since installing the kc stage 1. I love the whistle. Performance wise I can't compare it to my stock because it was having vgt problems for the last month that I drove the truck. Shes now running great again.
Turbo is absolutely worthless when towing. Pulling same load I did with the factory turbo. Won’t stay in 6th gear. Constantly dropping to 5th and 4th just to go up a slight grade in the road. So unless you’re wanting to spend 3500 for the sound, stay with factory.
