Upgrade your 1999-2003 7.3 Powerstroke by swapping the original intercooler for the larger 6.0 Powerstroke style unit, enhanced further with the KC Upgraded Intercooler. This custom intercooler boot kit allows seamless installation of a 6.0 intercooler into any Super Duty 7.3 Powerstroke, delivering improved cooling performance and efficiency.

*Installation of this intercooler on a 7.3 does require the modification of the factory transmission cooler lines or use of a 6.0 Powerstroke transmission cooler.

**Can be installed on a E99 with some modifications.
