Description:
KC Turbos is now offering the chance to upgrade your current Edge CTS3 to KC Turbos Spec! This product update will allow you the chance to turn your current Edge CTS3 to the same configuration as the current KC CTS3 fully loaded with custom tune files, custom tuning capabilities, and custom KC graphics & layout!
Custom KC x Gearhead tunes become available in six selectable power levels offering gains of up to 190HP with supporting mods. This powerful combo features a custom KC Turbos gauge layout, advanced scan tool capabilities, and full support for both stock and modified VGT turbos.
This update is fully plug-and-play, no modifications required, and will retain your factory tune for quick return to stock. This setup offers unmatched performance, diagnostics, and control all 49-state legal.
If you have a check engine light, this device will not bypass the codes. You can read the codes, clear the codes, but it will still come back if the problem is not fixed. If you own a government vehicle, or live outside the US, and don't have emissions equipment then you can still run this device, but you will continue to have emissions codes.
Preloaded tunes support stock injectors, 155/stock, 175/stock, 190/stock, 155/30, 175/30, 190/30, and 205/30.

Stock Turbo Tunes
Level 1 - Tow Master: Tow file rated for 8000lbs without head studs or 14500lbs GVWR with head studs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. +70HP
Level 2 - Lite Street: Lite street tune designed for both street & light towing 4000lbs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. +120HP
Level 3 - Street: Awesome daily driver. This tune has butt kicking response, low smoke, and outrageous power. NOT suggested for any towing. +130HP
Level 4 - Hot Street: Spicy Street File and should only be used with head studs installed at this power level and above. HEAD STUDS REQUIRED! +140HP
Level 5 - Extreme: This file will extract every last ounce of power out of your truck with the stock turbo. HEAD STUDS REQUIRED! +150HP

Larger VGT Turbo Tunes
Level 1 - Tow Master: This tow file is rated for 8000lbs of towing without head studs or 14500lbs GVWR with head studs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. +90HP
Level 2 - Lite Street: This is a light street tune designed for both street & light towing 4000lbs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. +130HP
Level 3 - Street: Awesome daily driver. This tune has butt kicking response, low smoke, and outrageous power. NOT suggested for heavy towing. +140HP

These files are made for modified injectors with 30% nozzles. Including 155/30, 175/30, 190/30, 205/30
Level 1 - Tow Master: This 30% injector tow file is rated for 8000lbs of towing without head studs or 14500lbs GVWR with head studs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. +120HP
Level 2 - Lite Street: This is a 30% injector light street tune designed for both street & light towing 4000lbs. EGTs should be monitored while towing. HEAD STUDS REQUIRED! +175HP
Level 3 - Street: Awesome 30% injector daily driver. This tune has butt kicking response, low smoke, and outrageous power. NOT suggested for towing. HEAD STUDS REQUIRED! +205HP
Level 4 - Hot Street: Spicy 30% injector Street File and should only be used with head studs installed at this power level and above. HEAD STUDS REQUIRED! +225HP

I bought my CTS3 before any company supported custom tuning for it. Was going to take it off my truck until I saw KC released this update and it took my truck to the next level. The throttle response, powerband, shifting, just everything. SO MUCH BETTER. Best custom tunes I’ve ever put on my truck. I only run a KC stage 2 on my 6.0 and it truly is a beast. I’ve already beat some duramax’s and I can’t wait to beat some more. Between the customer service you receive (best ever) and the tune quality. Worth every penny of $400. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again. just about every experience I’ve ever had with KC Turbos has been this way!!!!
I purchased a 2005 Ford F250 CC 4x4 last year from a neighbor with 136,000 miles. This was my first diesel our other Ford is a V10 which I love too.
I did the Bulletproof Diesel updates, EGR cooler, air / oil cooler, HPOP connection update, ODAWG intake manifold, KC stage 1 turbo, Banks intercooler & cold air intake, Bulletproof radiator, Dieselsite stand pipes, Fuel regulator blue spring kit, Edge CTS3 monitor.
I drove it like this for a little bit, very noticeable difference over stock. Then I downloaded the KC tuner upgrade on the Edge monitor and installed the Master Tow program for the larger KC turbo 90+ HP
HOLLY SHIT INSANE POWER, I HAVE NO DOUBT THIS WOULD GIVE A TESLA A RUN FOR ITS MONEY.
This is plenty of power for me right now, if I want more for any reason I will have Bulletproof diesel do a stud kit with KDD heads, lifters and injectors.
