Found a leak on the backside of my turbo and it had a lot of shaft play ordered the 360 kit it worked amazing! Now I gots all the boost lol. It was quick and painless on install just have to remember to put the parts in the right way it’s easy to put in backwards. After ordering it came quick would definitely recommend getting the balanced shaft to go with it as well 10/10 highly recommend saving a couple grand in repairs and new parts

The brass 360 thrust bearing had a slight convex around the center hole which caused the turbo shaft to lock up to a little bit to figure out what happened but lucky the kc turbo stage 1 had a steel one in so I reused it other than that every thing worked fine
