Description:
The KC Turbos Heavy Duty All Aluminum intercooler for the 6.0 Powerstroke features a TIG welded Bar and Plate center core that can handle all the boost you can throw at it. The cast aluminum end tanks also make a great upgrade compared to the weak plastic OEM tanks for increased durability while lowering IATs.
The Bar and Plate style core is 25% thicker compared to an OEM intercooler and is superior over the stock tube and fin design by maximizing air flow and heat dissipation while reducing stress on your turbo!
This heavy duty intercooler drops straight into the factory location with no modification required and is manufactured to provide colder boost temps, lasting durability, and our cast aluminum end tank design can be used with OEM or aftermarket boots and charge pipes!

We have purchased 3 of these over the past few months and not one issue out of them. and the package that they are shipped are awesome with no damages.
Checking my IATs, it’s at least 20 degrees cooler with normal driving conditions. Cant wait to tow a heavy load to see how much it cuts then. Also notice much better airflow, quicker spool-up. Recommend this to any 6.0 owner. Also recommend changing out the cold side piping. With more airflow it will definitely start to eat the plastic stock pipe.
I bought it cheap in the garage sale category. (Had a small dent). IDK if it's an older design than what's current. The one in these pictures above doesn't show the lip on the LH side where I had to cut mine to get the 4 core radiator to fit. I had to trim about 1"x1.5" to get my radiator to fit in. Maybe call and verify if you don't want to trim it. Performs great, I was tired of seeing oil in my turbo even after losing the ccv 2+ years ago. As always KC kills it 🤙
Performs like it should, well made
