I got the quote paid same day. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing from them. Called and they claimed sorry we didnt see you paid. Then they said they would get right on the repair I called again 2 days later and they said they would have someone call me back once repaired. They did not do that. After speaking with them again (once I called) they said theyd give me next day shipping. I live in California shouldnt be much more then 2 days to ship. Word to the wise call and follow up. Alot of folks passing the buck and not doing what they said they would do. Another business getting rid of someones job by audimation and the usage fails.
