This larger 7×7 KC300x Gen 2 compressor wheel, inspired by the 366SX-E, sports a similar blade profile but with reverse rotation. Additionally, the turbine wheel, while also taking cues from the 366SX-E, boasts a larger diameter for enhanced flow and increased durability. This is achieved through the inclusion of thicker blades, a more robust hub, and reinforced rear webbing, all of which significantly reduce the risk of fatigue and wheel burst.
The upgraded dual ball bearing center housing has been adapted to accommodate the turbine's increased shaft thickness, now 7.5mm up from 6.4mm, offering greater strength and longevity.
