The XDP Driver Side Exhaust Manifold XD342 is a direct-fit replacement for the "dented" or "kinked" exhaust manifold in your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. On the 2011-2016 LML models, this manifold is a direct replacement for the LML trucks as they already come with this style of exhaust manifold. This manifold features a durable cast construction and includes the gaskets needed for installation.

Application Note: Some factory hardware and fasteners will be re-used during installation. This is a factory-style replacement for the 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML.
