The billet steel cover, crafted from steel forgings to minimize porosity, offers both durability and versatility with its multi-bolt pattern. Our billet steel piston, equipped with a complete damper assembly, effectively shields the driveline from shock induced by crank pulses, thus prolonging the lifespan of both converter and transmission. The stator, forged to minimize porosity and featuring a dual Torrington bearing design and lugged races, incorporates a patented internal design that guarantees precise lockup without requiring throttle modulation. Furthermore, it is designed to optimize rotation during coupling mode, creating a venturi effect to enhance torque multiplication. Our transmission system also boasts proprietary high-performance multi-disc lockup clutches and a turbine that is TIG welded, furnace brazed, and silicon bronze reinforced, ensuring exceptional durability and efficiency. Precision engineering, including computerized robotic welding and accurate balancing, ensures consistent quality and performance across all components. With features such as below 0.005 blueprinted runout tolerances, blueprinting of internal clearances, and thorough pressurization and leak testing, our transmission system sets a new standard in reliability and performance. Additionally, components like the 4140 hardened turbine hub, 4140 flanged impeller hub, and accurately designed pilot further contribute to its durability and functionality.
