The Casey stock plus turbo fit and performs perfectly. I am running a bone stock 6.0,, The only exception is a Bulletproof EGR cooler. I replaced my turbo because the VGT was shot and throwing a constant low boost code. I did not want to soup this thing up at all Because I’ve always been happy with OEM performance of this truck. I was pleasantly surprised at how much smoother the engine is running and it seems I have gained a little snap on takeoff and all my towing power is definitely restored. Really pleased that KC Turbos also provides the OEM supply/return oil tubes definitely worth the price.

I purchased a “stock” 10 blade Garrett for my bone stock 04 6.0. The turbo had gone bad and I have been itching to try a KC to here we go! Fast shipping, my fault for not researching that next day air does not count for weekends….. UPS arrived this morning, the driver stepped out of his truck and dropped my new turbo on the ground. He told me what he did and luckily I had read the other reviews that mentioned your top notch packaging so I told the driver it’s all good bro, i didn’t buy it for the cardboard box ( luckily) when I finally got it unpacked I was pleasantly surprised with everything that came with it. This was my very first time swapping a turbo thank you KC for making my first time so memorable.

My old 6.0 turbo had seized up good and solid. Managed to clean it, and could have ordered various parts from KC to rebuild. But decided to take the easier route and buy a new turbo from them instead. Nothing fancy this time, just a straight replacement. But definitely going to remember them if I ever need to repair the replacement, or if I decide to upgrade. Very happy.
