I read the reviews on this kit and I AM NOTING THIS FOR OTHERS!!!!!! I called kc talked with them first about the reviews then ordered it super easy install but you will need to pull the vgt assembly off before you can remove the exhaust turbine and shaft assembly you'll need a puller to do this and you will need to pay attention to cracking on that vgt assembly becareful not to crack it and make sure you replace the sealing ring and two rings on the exhaust side of the turbo if you dont you will experience the other two reviews of blowing their turbos dont be and idiot and do your research kc makes quality parts not their fault if your not smarter than what your working with. BTW KC you guys did fantastic on answering all my questions prior to ordering and turbo performs great and actually quieter and colder after operating temps have been met by about 10 degrees with this kit and a wicked wheel .Customer loves it and how wheel it performs as a simple up grade this is great but you might want to incorporate the exhaust housing sealing ring and the two steel rings for the housing to case on the exhaust side with the kit if possible that be great and ill start buying this kit more for customers.

Don’t buy this kit. Should have listened to the first review. Absolutely no help or install instructions to put this in. Emailed them about it and they said they don’t provide instructions. Waste of time and money

Terrible to not include instructions,I couldn't figure out what the pistion ringed went ,I done many 7.3 turbos and tis on e was close but the ring placement on front and rear left you wondering,I assembled several times and had a drag the new wheel seem to drop down when tight, anyway blew in the first 5 minutes, complete waste of time and money.
