Hot and Cold Side Boot Kit

Features & Details:

  • Some trucks need (2) 3”x3.25 couplers and some need (2) 3”x3” couplers. We included 2 of each to ensure you have the correct boots.

  • Comes with a complete set of T-Bolt clamps (12) and (2) hose clamps. Only use the T-Bolt clamps on the lower spider bolts if they have been reinforced with Riff Raff Plenum inserts. Use the hose clamps if they have not been reinforced.

Description:

The S&B intake plenum and intercooler boots made with aramid reinforcement and extremely strong silicone rubber to last the lifetime of your vehicle. The boots replaces the failure prone intake boot and is backed by our lifetime warranty so you never have to worry about buying another boot kit again.

This intake boots comes with stainless steel hose clamps so you don't have to reuse the old OEM clamps. Since some trucks have a 3.25" intercooler outlet and some have 3". We included both so you don't get half way through the install and realize you have the wrong boots

7.3 innercooler boots

Would love to give these five stars but no matter how tight I tighten my T clamps the driver side boot keeps popping off. The initial install I cleaned the inner cooler with a clean rag until there was no more oil or grease. The second time it popped off I used a little acetone to make sure there was no more oil in grease, I let it dry so it would not damage the boot. Tighten it as tight as I could go and a week later, it popped off again, (3rd time) not happy! Not a fun experience trying to reinstall along a highway on a hot engine. I’ll have to see about getting some OEM replacements, after purchasing these.
