Description:

SoCal Billet's new T4 S300 package the best 6.0 powerstroke non-vgt turbocharger install kit on the market. This handcrafted made in the USA kit features billet components and removes all the fitment / alignment issue headaches that come with other 6.0 T4 kits.  Save yourself the time/headache on those other cheap kits.

This kit will work with any S300 series turbo charger including S362, S363, S364.5, S366, S369 and others. Install is a breeze and all components are clearly labeled.

Kit Includes:

  • Billet pedestal & baseplate
  • TIG welded T4 up-pipes w/ heat wrap & clamp
  • Stainless braided oil feed line
  • Oil drain tube
  • All necessary hardware 

Complete the package with a Borg Warner turbo charger.  KC Turbo offers turn key packages with everything needed to switch your 6.0 Powerstroke to Non-VGT and improve top end power. These turbos will require custom tuning otherwise will throw CEL error for VGT actuator.

  • S362/68 - Stock - 175cc injectors (475 - 525hp)
  • S363/68 - S364.5/68 - Recommend 175-190cc injectors (550-600hp)
  • S366/73- Recommend 190-225cc injectors (600-650hp)
  • S369/73 - Recommend 250cc or larger injectors (650+ hp) 

Non-VGT turbos will have more top end power and run cooler but you will notice a increase in turbo lag. Proper tuning & injector matching will reduce but not remove turbo lag. If you do not want turbo lag we recommend looking at our VGT style turbos or contacting sales@kcturbos.net to ensure this setup matches your driving requirements.
