Description:

The XDP Fuel Tank Sump XS - Xtra Small Design XD394 gives you an easy and convenient way to maximize fuel delivery to your engine and fuel lift pump. The XD394 provides you with a fuel outlet on the bottom of your fuel tank. This bottom feed design eliminates the common 1/4 tank issues that are associated with in-tank fuel draw straws that are supplied with aftermarket fuel systems such as AirDog and FASS.

Made for an easy installation, the XD394 features a 1-bolt design and specially shaped inner ring that can install from the bottom of your fuel tank without requiring fuel tank removal. Each sump is machined with a built-in groove for the o-ring gasket to ensure a proper, tight-fitting, leak-free seal. The Xtra Small design allows more versatility in smaller mounting locations. The 1-1/2" hole size is half the size of other sumps on the market. For use with aftermarket fuel systems. Includes -8 o-ring boss (ORB) to 1/2" Quick-Disconnect/Push Lock Fitting.

Application Notes:

If you are running a FASS Fuel System with a 5/8" fuel line, you must purchase the Beans Diesel -8 ORB To 5/8" Push-Lock Fitting 288003 (see related items).

Not recommended for off-road applications or for vehicles with potential ground clearance issues. Extra care must be taken to ensure that the fuel tank is free of debris after drilling.
