Description: 

The KC Whistler Stage 1 is a direct turbo drop-in replacement for the 2015-2019 Ford F250 and F350 6.7 Powerstroke trucks. It features our ported KC compressor cover, upgraded billet 63mm compressor wheel, and a 10 blade high flow turbine wheel, giving it that unique 2003 turbo whistle.

This turbo provides improved boost control, cooler EGT's, and quick spool up making it the perfect choice for daily driving and heavy towing. 

The 2015 and 2016 year trucks will need to have the pedestal conversion kit to install this turbo. (Select model year to see options) 

*You will be responsible & required for updated calibrations / tuning that may be needed.

     

    EXHAUST BRAKES:  We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicles calibration allows and is setup for it. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues.  These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking.  This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

    Been a fan of this place for a few years now seeing them on ALL of the forums for having the best performing/sounding turbos ! Finally had my chance to meet the amazing staff and the man himself, Founder/Owner/Operator, Charley!! What an experience, I got to tour the compound and see where and how it’s all manufactured, it was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Then there’s the turbos!! Welp……I purchased a stage 1 whistler and installed it next day and my ONLY damn complaint is “I wish I wouldve done it SOONER!” 🤦🏻‍♂️ 🤦🏻‍♂️ so the very next day after I got to rip and run the streets for an evening I found myself at the KC compound for not 1 but 2 more turbos !!! I purchased a stage 1 for my wife’s 2015 steel body and I purchased a stage 2 for my 2018 kelderman f250 !! That’s it !! IM HOOKED!! No need to EVER LOOK AT ANOTHER TURBO BRAND AGAIN!!!     better than competitors

    Third time purchasing through KC and all my items prices were unmatched, came packaged better than competitors packaging. Arrived extremely fast. Upgraded my turbo and complaining is the last thing I'll do, the only complaint I have is not upgrading sooner! The performance of this turbo is something you'd have to experience for yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Sounds like a jet

    Just installed the KC Stage 1 and 2015/16 retrofit on my 6.7, and she’s mean! Sounds like a jet, and gave my truck a nice bump in power without taking from the tow ability.

    quick response without the lag

    Installed a KC turbo on my 2014 F250 after the OEM turbo failed. Very impressed with the power available to climb the Appalachia Mountains pulling 12,000 lbs. quick response without the lag, and it sounds cool!
